Is the project new or ongoing?

Below, please upload a Scientific Proposal that includes:

  • A cover letter on institutional letterhead, signed by the Principal Investigator and an authorized official from Sponsored Programs

  • A reporting commitment to provide interim and final progress and financial reports on the schedule set in the grant agreement.

  • A Scope of Work detailing:

    • Background and rationale

    • Specific aims

    • Preliminary data

    • Research design & methodology

    • Expected outcomes

    • Project timeline with scientific milestones

  • All required elements combined into a single PDF, limited to 5 pages.

Below, please upload a clear, detailed project budget and justification for each requested expense. The line item budget must include:

  • Costs separated by cost category

  • A total of direct costs

  • An indirect cost rate of no more than 10% of total direct costs

  • A budget total that does not exceed the total award amount of $40,000.

If the project is ongoing, please provide receipts or other documentation showing how previous funds were used. This will help us evaluate your proposed budget and determine the need for additional funding.
